Our museum is fully accessible for visitors with reduced mobility. The exhibition spaces are predominantly step-free. In some areas, there are gentle ramps, a lift, automatic door openers, and a wheelchair-accessible toilet.
Blind and visually impaired visitors can get a first impression of Frederick the Great’s Potsdam with the help of a tactile city model. The Potsdam Museum’s visitor services staff are happy to accompany visually impaired visitors to selected objects and audio stations. In addition, a Braille exhibition guide for the city history exhibition is available to borrow free of charge.
